Admin: Activity Logs

The Activity Logs page records user-level events such as logins, logouts, and media playback, so you can audit who did what, and when.

Each record shows:

• The user, the action type (authentication or media playback), and the action itself (login, logout, play, stop, or error when a playback fails to start or is blocked).
• The IP address of the device, and its user agent on hover.
• An optional message with extra detail about the event, also on hover.
• The time the event occurred.
• The Playback decision icon (?) on a play, which shows the route the server took to deliver it the way it did (see Playback Decisions).

Filter the list by username, action type, or specific action, and use the pagination controls to move through history. Download CSV exports the whole activity log, regardless of the filters, for analysis outside Sovereign.

Entries are kept for 90 days by default. Set Sovereign__ActivityLog__RetentionDays to change that, or to 0 to keep them forever.
