Admin: Analytics

The Analytics page summarizes how the server is being used and what the library contains. A window selector (7, 30, or 90 days) scopes the usage sections.

Sections

• Engagement - audience and activity: total users, users active in the last 7 and 30 days, dormant users, titles in progress, and playback start failures, with an Activity Trend chart of daily plays and logins and a Viewing Hours heatmap of plays by day of week and hour (UTC).
• Audience - how people connect: a breakdown by client, and by the identity provider each account signs in with.
• Playback - completion behaviour and delivery mode (how often streams are direct played versus transcoded).
• Popularity - the most-watched titles, most-favourited titles, and plays by genre.
• Library Composition - what the library contains overall, independent of the selected window: movie, series and episode counts, total runtime and media size, broken down by resolution, video codec, dynamic range, audio channels, genre, decade and content rating.
